Reservations, Deposits and Cancellations

Guaranteed reservations: A deposit by personal check or a money order is required, amounting to one night's lodging during low season or $300 per room during high season.  A guest may cancel a processed reservation up to (10) days prior to arrival date, incurring only a $25 cancellation fee.  Anyone cancelling during the (10) day period prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one night's stay.  Early checkouts will not be refunded.  A processed reservation must be cancelled by phone, even if a deposit has not been set.

Hours: Check in time is 2:00 pm.  Checkout time is 10:30 am.  Office Hours are between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.  Please notify the office if you will be arriving after 10:00 pm.
