Q. Do we have to arrive before the office closes at 10 p.m.?

A. No. However, if you are going to arrive after 10 p.m., please call to let us know.

Q. Can we arrive prior to the listed check-in time of 3 p.m.?

​

A. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 12 p.m. While we can't guarantee your room will be ready before 3 p.m., you can park in your room's spot and hit the beach, pool or tiki bar. Public changing rooms will also be available. If your room happens to be ready, then you may get your keys prior to 3 p.m.

Q. Do you provide beach chairs?

A. We have chaise-lounges for the beach available for free!

We do not provide umbrellas.

Q. How far are you from The Pier?

​

A. We are a little over a mile from the Pier and downtown amusements. During our high season the town trolley stops at the Resort every hour from 10 a.m. - Midnight. The trolley runs through downtown and to other locations for $1 per person, per way before 6 p.m. and $2 per person, per way after 6 p.m. If you prefer to walk, you can do so via the beach, which is easily walk able, or the sidewalk.
