Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit amounting to one night’s lodging low season or $300 per room in high season is required to confirm a reservation.
A guest may cancel or change a processed reservation up to ten days prior to arrival, incurring only a $25 modification fee. Any modification of the reservation during the 10 day period before guest arrival will be charged a fee amounting to one night’s stay. For high season reservations of a 5-night stay or more, the cancellation fee is $300. Early checkouts will not be refunded. A processed reservation must be cancelled by phone, even if a deposit has not been sent.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 2pm. If your room is vacant and ready before 2pm, we would be happy to check you in early.
If you plan on arriving after 10pm, please let us know.
Check-out time is 10:30am. If you wish to stay the day on the beach you may purchase our next-day parking pass which grants you use of the outdoor amenities until 5:30pm.
Your room must be vacated at 10:30am.
100% Smoke Free
The Royal Anchor Resort is an entirely smoke-free facility.
This not only includes our rooms, but also our private balconies and the courtyard/pool area. Guests may be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a $350 cleaning fee if it has been determined that they have been smoking or vaping in their room or other areas of the Hotel.
Rates & Occupancy
All rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person ads another $15 charge per person for anyone age 3 and up. All rooms can comfortably sleep up to 5 people.
One free parking spot per room is provided. Additional spots are available at $10 per night.
